  • Amounts ranging from less than $1 million, to $100 million+
  • Lender clients include a major life insurance company, a San Francisco Bay Area community bank, and private lenders
  • Borrower clients include investors, developers, and growing businesses
  • Both real estate and commercial and industrial (“C & I”) loans

Advising lenders on loan restructurings, and guidance through non-judicial foreclosure process, including trustee’s sales

Representation of buyers and sellers during negotiation and closing of sales

  • Representative clients include shopping center developers and owners; small but growing developers; restaurant operators; big-box retailer; long-term property owners; and condominium unit purchasers
